Accessibility of web resources speaks volumes about the organisation represented. Accessibility is as much about identity of that organisation as it is about the quality and effectiveness of the information on-line. Whatever the means of access, or the special characteristics of the user, the clarity, impact and punctuality of an accessible web page gets through

Accessibility goes to the heart of cohesion within the enterprise and forward thinking in that enterprise's niche. That is, there is everything to be gained in getting accessible.

We might also add that it is fast becoming more than just an economically sound or socially responsable practice: in many places, it is the law (e.g. section 508).
