A bit of history

Urbilog was founded in 1995 by Benoît THIEFFRY and Michel HOËL. The company began life developping and selling browser based administration tools, creating various custom made database interfaces for small businesses.

The arrival of Mathieu FROIDURE in 1998, himself visually impaired, lead the company into development of accessible solutions for digital information presentation.

Simultaneously,Urbilog began specialising in the creation of auditing tools and software for assessing the accessibility of online resources.

Since then, Urbilog has become a noted player in the world of Internet accessibility, and as such has worked with some of the big names in the web and communications industries, as well as with the public sector in France and Europe.

Urbilog also works locally with small to medium sized businesses, creating web sites and offering services in the installation and configuration of networks and other hardware.
